What file format do I need for my logo?
Ideally a vector file (.ai, .eps, or .svg) for the sharpest result. High-resolution PNG (300dpi+) also works well. We'll let you know if there are any artwork issues before production.
How many revisions do I get on my proof?
Unlimited. We won't move to production until you're 100% happy with how your branding looks on the sock. Most clients approve within 2 rounds.
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on your quantity — typically 14 days for 50–150 pairs, and 21–28 days for larger orders. Rush options are available, just mention it in your enquiry.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. For orders of 100+ pairs we can arrange a pre-production sample. For smaller orders, a digital proof is provided before production begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order size, and included in your quote.
What's the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum is 50 pairs per order. This ensures we can maintain quality and keep the per-pair cost reasonable for you.
